Pasta with shrimp and garlic



  • 250g pasta
  • 500g medium-sized raw shrimps
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • Finely chopped cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed chili
  • a handful of chopped fresh spring onions
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese


  1. In a large pot with boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the instructions so that it is al dente. Drain them.
  2. Season the peeled shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large pan and add the garlic and chili. Stirring constantly, stir everything until the garlic rises, it takes about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp to the pan and stir, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
  5. Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Stir in the cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese. Then stir in the prawns and serve immediately sprinkled with chopped onions.
