Rice pasta with avocado-basil pesto and smoked salmon



  • 300g of pasta
  • 2 pcs avocado
  • clove of garlic
  • a handful of basil leaves
  • lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 100g of parmesan cheese
  • salt, crushed pepper of four colors


  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions for use.
  2. Avocado pulp, fresh basil leaves, clove of garlic, salt, pepper to taste, a few drops of lemon, olive oil and mix.
  3. Stir the prepared mixed pesto into the cooked pasta and mix lightly.
  4. Finally, add pieces of smoked salmon and garnish with Parmesan shavings.
